On October 2, 2025, GBL announced that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with Malakoff Humanis to sell its stakes in the listed asset and private debt operations (Sienna Gestion and Sienna Private Credit, respectively). This evolution is in line with the strategy GBL presented in November 2024, which is focused on: (i) portfolio simplification, (ii) direct private investments and (iii) attractive returns to shareholders.
